Each Israeli leaf, bird, flower, creature and butterfly were researched and then, a model was craved in moist clay. From these models, plaster molds were poured; then, multiple tiles were pulled from the molds until the required amount of tiles were made.

Below right: After the tiles were completely dry, they were bisque fired from gray to white 
in a kiln. 

Below left:  The tiles were then hand-painted with glaze.
